Neurofeedback is a specific type of biofeedback that monitors and trains brain wave activity by providing feedback in response to specific brain wave patterns. It is a non-invasive procedure that can be used to manage various neurological and mental health issues, such as anxiety, epilepsy, TBI, ASD, ADHD, addiction, schizophrenia, and more!
Neurofeedback operates by using electroencephalograph readings to monitor brain wave activity and provides audio or video feedback in response to it. An individual will get positive feedback when producing desirable brain waves but will get negative feedback in response to undesirable brain waves.
